NORMAL ORDERS

When you place an order with us, it means that you accept our terms of purchase and that you there by agree to us saving your name and personal information, including social security number or organization number. We handle your personal data with the utmost care and assure that we follow the sections that are applicable in the Personal Data Act / PUL (PUL 1998: 204). According to this law, you have the right to receive the information we have stored about you. If you want to know what the information is, contact our customer service. They can also help with correcting or deleting information about you.

We reserve the right to make errors in the information provided on this page. We do everything we can to keep the information as accurate as possible. Keep in mind that the colours of our articles may differ slightly from what you see on your screen depending on the browser and settings on your computer.

Normally you cannot buy items that are out of stock, these will not be displayed in the web shop. Many of our items are available in very limited quantities, which is why we urge you, when you find something, you like, to place your order as soon as possible. Your item is reserved in the shopping cart immediately when you click on purchase. After 15 minutes of inactivity, the item will be released again if you have not completed the purchase. In exceptional cases, it may happen that an item that according to the system is in stock is still out of stock and cannot be delivered to you. In this case, we will contact you to try to find a replacement item.

Subscriptions can be cancelled by contacting customer support over the phone, once you have spoken to a representative they will direct you on the next steps to cancel your subscription, Please note that all subscriptions need to be cancelled 10 days prior to the date at which you initiated the subscription, should you not give enough notice the subscription will be rolled over for a following month and cancelled with your direction the next consecutive month.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

All prices include VAT. Our offers only apply to people over 18 years of age. Otherwise, you need a guardian's permission to order from us.. 

VISA / MASTERCARD CARDS

Payments can be made with Visa / MasterCard or via the included invoice. 

PAYPAL

Payments can be made with PayPal. When paying with PayPal, the account will automatically be charged with the order value.

SUBSCRIPTION

As a customer, you have no compulsion to buy, but if you do not want more deliveries, you must notify our customer service before the change period * expires. If we do not receive a message, you as a customer will receive a new delivery according to the agreed interval and price. You decide on your subscription yourself, and can skip shipments, stop the subscription for a certain period, or subscribe to one of our other products in our range. There is an additional cost for postage and on deliveries contact customer support for more details on costs. 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You are protected by the Distance and Home Sales Act and have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. The right of withdrawal means that the customer has the right to cancel the purchase for an unused product, by contacting customer service. You can find the right of withdrawal form HERE . In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for the return postage. In other respects, we follow United Kingdom ( GB) business practice and laws as well as the National Food Administration's rules for dietary supplements.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

Regarding quality assurance, when health food is included in food, you only have the right to return your first package or normal order. Further shipments in a subscription are identical to the first item, and there is thus no right of return on future shipments. If you presumably want to return the item in the subscription, you will receive an invoice for the return handling cost, depending on the package size, number of units and weight, contact support for further details. 

If a shipment is damaged or otherwise incorrect, you obviously have the right to complain about it. Always contact customer service if you are unsure of what applies in your case. If you do not want more deliveries in your subscription, you must cancel before the last change date, which can be found on the invoice.

* LAST AMENDMENT DATE:

If you want to make changes to your subscription, it must be done before the «Last change date». If the change date has been exceeded, your shipment is already on its way to you and the change will not take effect until in connection with the subsequent delivery. The last change date only applies to unbound subscriptions. We at cardirect.eu have three types of subscriptions.

- Outbound: can cancel before expiration date.

-Outbound with notice period: Can be stopped at any time but the notice period must be taken into account.

- 12 month subscription: Cannot be cancelled before the binding period expires.

- 24-month subscription: Cannot be cancelled before the binding period expires.
